Most of the roster doesn't either. The daily conversation, the monthly challenges and the calls are where the group actually happens. In person is a few times a year, and nobody's attendance is tracked.
Fifteen to twenty minutes a week keeps you current. Everything else is optional, and men opt out of months when life gets loud. What isn't optional is finishing what you said you'd do.
Neither are a lot of us. The roster runs from HYROX to mountain biking to men who just like being outside. How you stay in shape is your business.
No. Several men here have therapists. That's a different thing and it works for different reasons.
This is not a fitness group, but the majority of members take their fitness seriously, and a common in-person gathering includes physical activity.
